Methods Intratumoral CXCR2 expression was evaluated with immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays containing tumor samples of gastric cancer patients from a single center. Results CXCR2 expression was mainly located in the cytoplasm of gastric carcinoma cells.

Conclusion Intratumoral CXCR2 expression is a novel independent predictor for survival in gastric cancer patients.
